Accessibility statement
Digitdeck aims to make its embedded admin, public help pages, and storefront extensions usable with keyboard navigation, meaningful labels, sufficient contrast, responsive layouts, and assistive technology. Digitdeck uses Shopify design conventions and tests supported user flows, but cannot guarantee that every Merchant theme or third-party integration is accessible.
Merchants remain responsible for the accessibility of their stores, content, color choices, product media, and customizations. Report an accessibility barrier to digitdeck.servicios@gmail.com with the store domain, URL, browser/device, assistive technology, and the task that could not be completed. Digitdeck will provide a reasonable alternative where practicable and prioritize verified blockers.
Digitdeck intellectual property
DIGIT DECK AGENCY S.A.S. and its licensors own the Digitdeck software, interfaces, documentation, logos, trademarks, design system, and original materials. Installation grants only the limited license stated in the Merchant Terms. Shopify and related marks belong to Shopify Inc. and its affiliates; their appearance does not imply endorsement beyond the app’s authorized platform use.
Merchant and user content
Merchants and their users retain rights in submitted product data, reviews, brand materials, prompts, and other content. The Merchant grants Digitdeck the limited processing license necessary to provide the Service and represents it has the rights and permissions needed for that content.
Copyright reports
A rights holder may report allegedly infringing material to digitdeck.servicios@gmail.com. The notice should identify the protected work, the specific material and location, contact information, a good-faith statement that use is unauthorized, an accuracy/authority statement, and an electronic signature. Digitdeck may remove or restrict content, notify the Merchant, request a counter-notice, and terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.
A counter-notice should identify removed material, explain the good-faith basis for believing the removal was mistaken, provide contact information, consent to the legally applicable dispute process, and include a signature. Digitdeck may forward notices between the parties as permitted by law.
Trademark and brand requests
Requests involving Digitdeck branding, press use, integrations, or co-marketing require written permission. Merchants may truthfully state that they use Digitdeck while their subscription is active but may not imply partnership, certification, or endorsement not granted in writing.
